Our family always dreamed of life in Canada, but we wanted to arrive as experts. We ventured into the construction industry in 1992 by renovating hotel rooms, quickly making a name for ourselves by delivering on promises. Before long, we were offered contracts to develop private villas.

Our carefully crafted team of experts allow us to manage all aspects of complex projects, integrating finance, management, and operations to deliver full-service real estate solutions – all from one place.
MOLIBU Development Company works closely and collaboratively with you from inception to completion. From our first meeting where we clarify your goals and opportunities, to developing a plan encompassing your specific design and construction requirements, our team is here to do the dirty work to make your vision come true: assessing ownership and financing options; acquiring permits; investigating tax liabilities and incentives; and handling municipal and environmental regulations. Whatever comes up, our team will deliver on its promise.
Molibu Holdings Inc.
Partnering with accredited investors enables us to develop quickly and efficiently, adding significant value to our developments by completing the detailed planning or the first set of units early on. Once this is accomplished, we are able to refinance our developments at preferential rates using traditional finance, in accordance with industry standards.
To optimize profitability, we often rent out a completed development prior to selling. Accredited investors that are involved on a fixed return basis of 10- 12% per annum, determined according to risk, then receive the benefit of having a second charge on the assets acquired. Full-cycle planning and development sees a higher risk with a higher return.

Committed to maintaining his track record of profitability, he is constantly seeking out opportunities to grow and scale the company’s operations.

Boris Moshenkov

Boris is the Vice President of MOLIBU, Inc. Our media maven, Boris builds and executes marketing campaigns that garner print and digital coverage across the country, monitoring each closely so that our best successes get out to the public.

Sergei Mochtchenkov CFA

Sergei is the Vice President of Investments of MOLIBU, Inc. Working closely with the Board of Directors, he creates opportunities for growth through acquisitions and investments, identifying strategies that ensure continuous, profitable development. Sergei always remains faithful to his family values by providing the highest standards on safety and ethics.

Galina Libster

Galina is the Co-Founder and Executive Managing Director of Molibu, Inc. Extroverted and client-focused, Galina generates new business by initiating and developing partnerships. Galina’s leadership style is motivated by our company values of staying safe, ethical, and engaged.

OUR STORY

Our family always dreamed of life in Canada, but we wanted to arrive as experts. We ventured into the construction industry in 1992 by renovating hotel rooms, quickly making a name for ourselves by delivering on promises. Before long, we were offered contracts to develop private villas.

In 1997, our dream came true; we migrated to Canada, landing in the mesmerizing city of Vancouver. Chosen as the general contractor for many small projects and private homes, we established our reputation as engaged, client-focused building partners who always deliver.

Then, in 2011, an opportunity came: our company was hired as the general contractor for a luxury development in Ukraine. The Italian beachfront resort attracted international attention for its unique architecture and size, intimate with just nine extravagant buildings in total. The project’s success enhanced our reputation and we started building apartment complexes in several cities throughout Ukraine.

Finally in 2015 we decided to return to our home in Canada with a bigger portfolio, global connections, and the same family values we started out with. Our experiences enable us to tackle projects of any scale or complexity, experts in the Canadian construction industry.
